See below for the tools you will need to make your event run smoothly. 

1. COMMITTEE INFO & TIPS provides assistance in creating flyers, how to obtain approvals, volunteer rules, how to obtain equipment, etc.

2. DEPOSIT FORM needs to be submitted with ALL event money to Emily Diaz WITHIN 1 WEEK of the end of the event.  Please contact Emily to arrange a pick up/drop off.

3. CHECK REQUEST form must be used when looking for reimbursement from the PTA.  Please complete the form and attach ALL receipts.  These can be left in the Treasurer box at the school or scanned and emailed.

4. CASH BOX request can be sent to Emily Diaz at two weeks prior to an event.  In the email, please list the event you need the funds for, and the total dollar value.  She will issue you a check for the requested amount for you to cash at your leisure. It will be up to each chair to determine the breakout of the funds.
